This Vinyasa yoga class is a perfect way to prepare the body for deep relaxation and a deep, restful sleep. twists, bends and deep stretches, encouraging body awareness. The increased interest and attention to ourselves on how we move and breathe encourages us to slow down and in turn teaches us to become more aware, on and off the yoga mat.
