1. 妈妈要保持动作轻柔,注意观察宝宝的情绪感受,不要勉强,营造轻松愉快氛围,确保宝宝安全。
2. 妈妈和宝宝都应该穿着较宽松的衣服,不佩戴任何饰物。
3. 妈妈和宝宝必须空腹练习瑜伽操,练习前2-3个小时进食,练习完至少半小时后方可再进食。
4. 宝宝生病期间不易练习。
